Project 3: City branding

Progress
My first attempt of brand book. The lecturer think that I didn't really show the 'door' concept through the brand book. I also didn't utilize my door illustration wisely. The layouts of the brand book are still very loose and weak. She also suggested me to utilize the photographs I have taken in the brand book.

2. Collaterals- 3 sets of postcards
At first, I had 3 ideas for my collaterals to choose from, brochure, postcards and city map. After consulting with Ms. Whay In, we decided that postcards are more suitable to promote my brand. I've come out with 3 sets of postcards, with 4 different religions per set, together with my logo and brand message. The postcards can also be tear off into 5 individual pieces.

Version 1
Version 2
After consulting with the lecturer, she think my graphic styles are not consistent enough and it's still confusing and don't really know what kind of styling I want to use. She also suggested me to do the city map as it is more suitable for my brand/ concept. Version 2 is the improvised version.
Version 3
The lecturer wanted me to consider whether this kind of 'cute' styling suits my brand or not. I struggle a lot, but still decided to change the kind of styling as I think it's not really that suitable for my concept. So I went back and make a whole new version of mood board. I decided to use a mix of photography and illustration as my styling.
